1. Shipping Policy

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 24โ€“48 working hours
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS and/or email once your order is dispatched

1.2 Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3โ€“5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5โ€“7 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to high order volume, festive seasons, or courier delays.


1.3 Shipping Charges

  • Orders above โ‚น999: Free shipping
  • Orders below โ‚น999: โ‚น99 standard shipping charge
  • COD Orders: โ‚น149 handling fee

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer easy returns and exchanges to ensure customer satisfaction.


2.1 Return Eligibility

Returns can be initiated within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Product has original tags, packaging, and invoice intact

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, washed, or worn products
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on the website)
  • Custom or altered products
  • Innerwear and select accessories (for hygiene reasons)

2.3 Return Pickup

  • Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode
  • If available โ†’ Our logistics partner will collect the item
  • If not โ†’ Self-shipping instructions will be provided
  • Courier reimbursement: Up to โ‚น100 (with valid proof)

2.4 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in โ†’ Go to My Orders
  2. Select the product โ†’ Click Request Return
  3. Provide reason + upload images (if needed)
  4. Once approved โ†’ Return instructions will be shared

3. Exchange Policy

We allow exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Color preferences
  • Defective or incorrect products
  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused with original tags and packaging

3.1 Product Availability

  • If available โ†’ Replacement will be shipped after quality check
  • If unavailable โ†’ Full refund will be processed

4. Refund Policy

5. Additional Terms

5.1 Partial Returns

  • Partial returns are not accepted for combo or bundled products
  • Complete set must be returned in unused condition

5.2 Quality Check Failure

  • If returned product fails quality check (used/damaged/missing tags):
    • Return request will be rejected
    • Product will be shipped back to the customer

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped โ†’ Cancellation is not possible
  • You may still return the product after delivery as per policy
